Q: renewing employment authorization
Hi I’m currently applauding for the Renew of my work authorization with new form is asking me if I had been arrested or comited a crime I was arrested and in 2009 for shoplifting should I said yes to the question but I don’t have any documentation of my arrest what do I do?
A: My cardinal rule to all immigration clients is this never lie on immigration paperwork. Maybe you can explain- but the truth is absolutely required!
