Q: My ex owes 10, 609.50 in child support for 2 children we had together. One turns 18 this year. What can i do?
There is a case opened at the DHS office they have all of his information he's been arrested three times for other citattions. According to him he dont owe anything.

You can go to your local DHS Child Support Enforcement Office, and open a case to collect what's owed. They can do things private attorneys can't like take tax returns, and find bank accounts, and take balances.
Next you should hire an attorney to cite him for contempt on the payments. Perhaps threats of jail will get you paid. This will be much faster than DHS, also your attorney can help refer this deadbeat to the DA for prosecution. The amount he owes makes this a felony. Good luck.
