Raleigh, NC asked in Traffic Tickets for North Carolina

Q: I got a parking ticket in a no parking anytime zone where there are two signs contradicting each other. Can I fight it?

First of all, there is a no parking one way sign pointing to the right and I parked on the left of the sign. On the other side, the left side, there is a no parking anytime sign about a car length an a half away from the first sign. Can I fight the ticket for that? A couple other points to go along with that. The address is wrong on the ticket. There is no model number for the car which should be Cooper s. And in the vehicle make of the car it says mni cooper instead of mini. Do I have any ground to fight this ticket? Please advise. Thank you!

A: A parking ticket? Those usually have the ways to appeal them written on the back of the ticket, or online on the company's/city's website. You may be able to appeal it based upon the conflicting signs.
