Q: Following to closely. here are just and reasonable grounds to belive that you committed the above offence, what can I do

It wasn't My fault. The car in front of me was following to closely the car in front it, and then the car completely stopped to.not hit the car in front it and then there's when I hit the car in front me. The police gave me this offence, FOLLOWING TO CLOSELY

A: Following to closely was proven by your inability to stop your vehicle in time. It does not matter that the vehicle in front of you was also doing the same, it is your conduct that is in question if you got a ticket.
