Washington, DC asked in Employment Law and Personal Injury for Pennsylvania

Q: I suffer physical injuries and a concussion from a accident. Can my employer force me to take a dot drug test after 8hr?

Im a truck driver and my truck rolled over. My employer never contacted anybody from my emergency contacts. One of the managers came to the hospital I was in and stayed the whole time. I felt uncomfortable and pressured. He kept asking what time it was because he wanted to take me back to my job facility just so I could get tested. He was telling the nurses that I looked better and felt better. Finally I felt pressure to make it seem like I was ok. On our way of checking out the hospital my head felt heavy and I was dizzy. One of the nurses told the manager that I should go home lay down but instead he took me to the facility for a dot drug test. I just wanted to know is there anything illegal or morally wrong with this.
