Q: Do I have a chance fighting my single occupant HOV ticket?
A sheriff from was outside of his vehicle at the exit of an HOV Lane stopping any single occupant. I was one of the many. I would like to fget get this ticket, do I have a chance? Also I hear if the officer doesn’t show the case is dismissed. Is that true? And what are my chances of that? Amy help as to fighting this ticket will help!
A: You have a chance of anything, but if you are asking if the defense of "I wasn't the only person doing it" will succeed, the answer is no in my opinion. Good luck.
