Q: My mom fell At Walmart in now they're saying that they don't have to compensate her for falling on their property

My mom Fell at Walmart and now they're trying to say they don't have to compensate her for falling on their property in that they can fight to not have to pay her is this true or not?

A: They will fight and if her case has merit they will eventually pay. They hope if they act like hemorrhoids everyone will go away.She should contact a member of the Ark. Assn for Justice for the county where it happened--they give free consults.
