Q: What is Arkansas state law for auto accidents? My husband was rear-ended in my Camry by a Chevy pickup.

He gave a us a false name but the right phone number. We were staying in contact until I called his insurance to confirm he filed the claim. He did not. He is denying the whole thing. Q: I live in Arkansas and am a exempt salary employee but work 84 hours a week is this legal?

When I work 84 hours I make less than minimum wage for a 168 hour pay check im getting $1200 but being exempt does this mean that my company is not required to pay me more or give me any compensation when I work through holidays?

Q: Should I have been receiving on- call pay?

I work for a municipality in Arkansas? I was issued a city phone and was told I would be responsible for all call outs per my license. ( water/Sewer) . Q: My brother was killed and they found the other driver at fault. The driver had no DL or insur - can they go to jail

What can our family do legally? The person said they didn't see him on his loud Harley, yet hit him on the passenger front side while making a left turn. This was in Arkansas where he lived with his wife and son.
