Q: I was a guest passenger in my mom car in alabama. I found out that her insurance dont have to pay anything except medica
I was told that if the other car was found anyway liable at all even if its a little, that i can go after his insurance. Im jist finding this out..and since i can't go after my mom, they said i can go after him and the owner of the car. He was deiving his brother car who wasnt in the car at all. Je jad the choice to stop, but made a rash decision to go, when no other cars did. He lied as though he was going 5mph, but thats a lie, because he tboned me so hard, both airbags deployed, mines and the back passenger. I was pinned 9n the car and had to get out on my mom side, and in the process, thought i was on fire. So how could foing 5mph deploy an airbag? Can i go after him and his brother, who car it is, in the state of Alabama?
