Oklahoma City, OK asked in Family Law for Oklahoma

Q: I have filed a enforcement of visitation 3 months ago. Need some help knowing what I can do about this!

I filed for a Enforcement of Visitation 3 months again. My Hearing was set for today and my ex had her doctor induce her yesterday (Monday) so I showed up to continue my case without her because I had evidence as in pictures of texts journal entries and more and her lawyer ended up showing up 3 and a half hours after it was suppose to happen and then had it schedule at the end of May which is another 2 months I have to wait. The judge did put in his notes that “He was warning the petitioner (My Ex) to comply with the existing visitation order” I messaged my ex’s mom and asked for my regular visits and informed her of the warning and she messaged back saying because they don’t think it’s in the best interest of our daughter so I can still only come suprervised like I have been for the last 3 years. I’ll be trying to get a lawyer in about 2 weeks but I just want to be able to take my daughter places and not have to sit in a uncomfortable environment with limited activities.
