Q: I got a ticket 35 years ago in New York, with my lisence being from Florida. Can I still be made to pay it

I went to renew my Florida and was told I can’t yoll I have my name removed from the National registry

A: If Florida says you cannot renew then it appears yes. To hire a lawyer to try to fix or fight the 35 year old ticket will likely cost more than

just paying the ticket.
