But when she spoke with the adjuster he refused to listen to either of us. I don't have insurance on the car because its for sale and I drive different car. A pipe broke and wood shelves collapsed on my car. The agent said if your mom was negligent we might pay. The same pipe broke 2 months before however my mom didn't fell anyone or have it repaired. If there's no way her homeowners insurance will cover this ill have it repaired on my own. I also had some jewelry and clothes destroyed because of this but I didn't mention it for thinking my car would be more important.
