Q: Can a lawyer get my husband out of jail if he was charged with grand larceny? He has 8 years and he's a trustee

He was on drug court and he was working in Oxford and his boss gave him a company credit card told him to get stuff he needed for jobs. So he did lumber, materials, ECT. But 2 years after him working for this man he accused him of buying other than things used for jobs. Then he was arrested I bonded him out and he got sent to a trustee zone for 8 years. We s
