Q: If i pay child support for my children and one of them is on ssi. Should i still have to pay full amount for that child.

Should the mother have told the judge she gets ssi for the child

The short answer is possibly. If the child is receiving social security disability benefits on behalf of a parent, then the child support guidelines provide that these benefits must be deducted from the basic child support. Generally, if the SSD benefits received by the child is greater than the child support amount, then there may not be a child support award.
