You'll probably get a notice to appear in Philadelphia Municipal Court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana. That's an ungraded misdemeanor. You probably won't be charged with DUI if they didn't ask you to perform sobriety tests or request to take a blood or breath test.
If and when you get that notice, I'd be happen to discuss your case with you.
