Q: I have a commercial lease, i'm not sure if the lease is still valid
the dates are wrong, the LLC name is wrong, he didnt want to continue using the reality firm, he has allowed my rent to be late several time and still accepted it. the ac broke and he brought his nephew over to try to fix it and he pulled a wire out of the fan, now he says iots my responsibility to fix it all.. can you help me with some advice?
