Q: Ky resident. Got ticket speeding 22 over speed limit. Can this be reduced to non moving or amended?
Work for Toyota manufacturing and this is a lease vehicle. They pay everything except the lease. Don’t want to lose benefits with them bc of ticket.
A: The only way this matter may get amended, is for you to hire an attorney to appear in court on your behalf and see if they can get the ticket amended. That attorney should be able to appear in court without you having to be there and speak with the prosecutor to see if they will be willing to amend the ticket.
