Q: Is a Church/Religious "Marriage" an obstacle to get a Green Card under Child protection act?

My situation is as it follows:

Relatives in the US filed a I-130 visa in 2004, it got approved 2009, we got the notice in 2018. I'm currently 29 years old but as far as i understood i'm still applicable as a child under the child protection act, but i can't be married. Thing is i've planned a wedding prior to getting the notice, almost everything is payed and i would rather not quit the arrangements. So the question, if i just have a Religious/Church not an Civil/Official marriage in my country, would it be an obstacle for a green card under the child protection act? The marriage itself is not legally binding in any way. The church in question is the Serbian Orthodox Church

A: If you get married, you will lose any protections you have under the Child Status Protection Act.
