Q: How and to whom do I report auto insurance fraud?
2016 was involved in bumper to bumper collision in a Bridgestone Arena parking lot. Called 911 was told, since in parking lot and no injury just to exchange info and so follow up. No officer was sent. Fast forward to now I find out I was considered at fault, my insurance paid out, and the driver of the other car was someone totally different from the true driver. I have photos of the true driver and his passenger, as well as their driver licenses.
A: You need to consult with a local attorney in that area of practice to get things staigtened out.
