Q: Was spotted at a bar by someone at my probation office I wasn’t drinking and will pass all uas what could happen?
I’m up to date on payments, my community service is completed and I’ve never failed a ua. This is in tx
A: Well on the grand scheme of things your transgression is far from the most egregious violation of probation. Make sure you are in compliance with every other condition, classes up to date, cs and fines. I am sure you are aware just entering a "bar or tavern" violates probation so stay out of those places until your clear okay. Best of luck to you.
