Yorktown, VA asked in Landlord - Tenant for Virginia

Q: Evidence of Navy tenant lying about deploying to terminate lease early. Aug.2016-Aug.2017 Ship says its CIVIL.

She presented an official document

to Judge stating she was aboard a ship that deployed in Apr. 2017. Judge believes her. BECAUSE OF THE OFFICIAL DOC. I asked for a continuance & have proof that she DID NOT REPORT to the ship that deployed in Apr 2017 UNTIL AUG. 20, 2017! She was still aboard her previous ship until July 7, 2017.

The Naval legal officer has admitted she presented FALSE DATES, to the courts.

I have to go before the Judge again today at 2:00pm...to ask for ANOTHER CONTINUANCE to prove she's lying.

The ship keeps saying its a CIVIL MATTER but since the Legal Officer has already acknowledged, that she falsified dates AREN'T THEY STILL OBLIGATED TO THE SAME LAWS AS EVERYONE??

She lied to the Judge.

I NEED HELP IN WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO SAY, on my behalf.

Last time, the Judge was hanging on to the document she gave him like it was pure gold...and would not listen to the rest of our evidence!!

A: The question you present is one of "proof" of a fact in evidence. As the party who is making the claim of "false documentary proof" you have the burden of proof to persuade the judge that you are correct. There are no magic words. Documents and testimony are the major components for achieve "proof."

A: I agree with the above answer. If you have some kind of evidence that she falsifies the documents then you should present that evidence to the court. You saying that another person told you that she falsified the document is heqrsay and not admissable as evidence. You should present the court with any documentary evidence or eyewitness testimony you have to show that she was not where her official documents states she was.
