Mcdonough, GA asked in Car Accidents for Georgia

Q: Hey my name is Robbin Stanley and I was wondering what would be our next step resulting a car crash. It was brand new.

My parents bought it on Saturday and they noticed something wrong with it after getting home. They contacted the dealership. On Monday they called mom and told her to get it there asap. So she called dad and he came to her work and picked it up. At my moms work there are train tracks with no warning if one was coming. Dad topped the tracks and noticed a trainnwas coming he tried putting it in reverse and it wouldnt go. So he was hit by a train. The conductor alsontold my mom that he noticed dad trying to put it in reverse or drive. Indidnt know if this was a lemon or a mechanical malfunction
