A: It will not likely get dismissed because tickets in New Jersey do not get dismissed on basis of technicalities. If cop shows up to court to identify the person who ticket was issued that they'll be allowed to amend the complaint.
A: If the officer can identify you as a person he pulled over the ticket description will be considered a clerical error and you will lose.
