Q: If I got refused a visitor visa based on the eco not able to get through to my employer should I reapply

I was questioned about my employment and funds in my account due to the eco not able to reach my employer because I forget to put the extension number on my application so the eco was not satisfied with my employment my funds and said they were not satisfied I was going to leave the U.K. Even though I got a letter from my employer stating my job salary and that I have worked with them for 20 years plus bank statements for 1 year showed my income from my company.should I reapply with full contact details and show funds with a letter from the bank do I have a chance on getting a visa after a refusal as I see that the first point raised was the contact details
