Grand Prairie, TX asked in Domestic Violence for Louisiana

Q: My boyfriend went to court 9/26/2017 they set another court date for 1/18/2018 but he was Dr ordered to be in oceans

Is a behavioral psych hopsital. He was pcpd there so he missed his court date. The hospital couldn't allow him to go. He missed the court date and he had a bench warrant. The hospital sent medical records finally on 5/23/2018 to the da to prove he was in oceans and that was the reason he missed his court. Well he still had a bench warrant for January date he missed even though he was in oceans. Will that paper work from the hospital showing the dates he was there be able to dismiss the warrant from January or can they keep the warrant on him even though he was drs ordered to be there he had no legal choice? Then he had another bench warrant from 5/10/2018 which he knew nothing about because the da had the wrong address after he changed his address in court. When he went on 9/26/2017 but they sent the paper saying he had court to the wrong address he never received any notice. They said he was told in court in January he had court in May. But he was never in court in January

A: He needs a criminal attorney to get the warrants recalled.
