Q: injury on my back/pelvis from hotel jacuzzi tub. It sucked my back into it & couldnt reach on/off switch to release me
this in-room jacuzzi tub in my hotel room suite is very dangerous! it has a very powerful suction i could not pull myself away from the suction force that it had on my back/body. i could not reach the 1 button that controls the power to turn tub jets & suction on & off. I was frightened i screamed loudly the whole 3rd floor heard me. my fiance was in shower in bathroom behind the wall he ran to me, it took him 2xs trying 2 turn suction off 2 release me.
i have a large contusion on my back, pelvis, & top of my butt. i need legal aid/probono assistance. no med. insurance. completed hotel injury form, went to hosp-er , script, no refund received or any compassion from the microtel inn & suites in bushnell fl ..
