Q: actually i wasnt served for the actual judgement. the accident was 4 yrs ago n i had no knowledge of court action
i wasnt served until the court had already made the ruling and they served me on the actual wage garnishment....my employeer never even notified me. i was suprised when my check was nearly half
A: If you weren’t ever served, you need to see a local attorney immediately bc the garnishment May be improper or illegal.
