Q: Any way to get my divorce using existing petition without waiting another 90 days?
This is an ucontested divorce with waiver. I filed the petition, waited 91 days, then went to court. The Judge denied it due to my minor son living in Colorado. Is there any chance at all of getting this divorce finalized using the existing petition without having to start the entire process over again in Colorado?
