Q: My father has a bank acct. in PR and has passed away.My Brother is executor.Can His stepmom close the bank acct.?
No one is on the bank acct. but My Father. She is his ex wife but we have no papers to prove that.

That being said, there is a significant amount of work that must be put into your father's estate to ensure it is properly handled.
