Q: I am 16 year old student and have my uncle in USA and planning to get a green card for further ease. Please advice how?
As I want to continue medicine in the USA, I would prefer a green card over a student visa,I have family members(Uncle and Aunt).As I am not yet 18 would it be easy for me to get a green card?.My grand parents have green cards but have not renew it for a year now,just considering that they renew their green cards, would it be beneficial to me getting my card faster and easier?
A: US immigration laws do not permit aunts and uncles to sponsor nephews and nieces for green cards.
