Jersey City, NJ asked in Immigration Law for New Jersey

Q: Hi I am In h1b visa .... Went to emergency room through 911 for marijuana overdose in Las Vegas where it is legal.

I live in New Jersey and I visited Las Vegas and used recreational marijuana ... I fainted in airport and 911 was called . I went to emergency room . I told them that I used marijuana . They got my details and Ssn from me . Now my worry is ,whether 911,airport officials or hospital will be reporting this incident to uscics or fed or homeland security that I used marijuana ? Will there be any issue in my future h1b extensions ,green card or obtaining us citizenship? I am worried please advise is there any possibilities of trouble in future ? If so what should I do to tackle it ?

A: You should setup a consultation with an experienced immigration lawyer, that also knows criminal law. This is not the type of information that should be discussed in an open public forum over the internet or phones.
