A: Your particular situation is too complicated to provide a good answer in this forum, and there are a lot of unanswered questions here. Are you a beneficiary? Were you given property notice to terminate your tenancy? Why do you think that the Trustee needs to be removed? And, this forum is not appropriate for attorney searches.
