Q: Purchased a yorkie puppy from a local breeder/woman on 6/6 took him to the vet He died today 6/23 can I get money back
Seen at the vet when picked up 6/6
Underweight/under age couldn't get shots
Had fleas, was given flea med
Taken to vet on 6/10 received shots (half dose because of weight)
Called vet 6/13 due to tapeworms. Prescribed Drontal Plus
6/16 tar liquid stools, not eating
Taken to emergency vet on 6/21 told he had coccidia and possible liver shunt, prescribed meds
Today, 6/23 he died
Owner isnt budging
A: Very sorry for your loss. Whether you can recover from breeder depends on contract you signed with them. The contract will dictate what your rights are vs the breeder.
