Q: Do have a civil rights case for false charges

I was arrested on 09/17/2017 in Pittsburgh, pa the police search me prior to placing me in the car, upon arrive to the county jail I was told that he is arresting me for possession of crack and crack pipe, and while I being process into the county jail I was strip search then I was told that he found $20.00 of bag of crack in my 5th pocket (coin pocket) and he charge me with contraband, in which is a lie he use that to keep me in jail, because that a class 2 felony. also anytime anybody bring contraband into jail the jail write them up and be place in the hole, I was never written up or place in the hole. I spent 6 months in jail for contraband charge and when I went to court on 03/15/2018 and now they want to drop the contraband charges but they wanted me to take probation too them charges, but I pleaded guilty to public intoxication in which I never had in the first place. I would like to know do I have any legal action I can do

A: Likely not, but I could be wrong and it is not good to discuss such things on public websites. I suggest you contact the pennsylvania Civil Liberties Union, ask for their prison rights group, ask them for the names and phone numbers of their "cooperating attorneys." They give free consultations and can best advise you in person or by phone.
