Q: Insurance company that insures a driver without a driver's license, directly liable for her DUI?
An unlicensed driver who obtains insurance is then able to register her car and obtain valid plates. Doesn't this make the insurance company directly complicit in her DUI? Hoping the minimum coverage limit they are providing could be increased in such a manner?
Nevada Law requires a person to have a license to legally drive on Its roads. An insurance company shouldn't be able to knowingly advance illegal activity?
A: No. But others may be liable. Why not contact a member of the Nv. Assn for Justice--they give free consults.
