Ok so I have a messed up background I also in suing PCC for probation or I guess I fall into the lawsuit. But this begins with me having a car accident ( road rage) I slammed on my breaks this impala was like ridding my tale pulled in ground and slammed on breaks so did I all sudden (which my car is recalled) it was on 840 I was driving to work I remember that I remember that I swirled around in the car so scared and then the car flipped over 4-5 times onto oncoming traffic thank god I didn’t hurt anyone. I only hurt myself my brain. I remember I was in the hospital and I remember state trooper saying give blood my mom was there I couldn’t really focus I was told by my dr after that my body was in shock trooper said to take my blood I wouldn’t go to jail so I did after my mom tried to tell me. So I gave blood I had cat scans and mris and I want to sue the hospital because they treated me horribly I have pictures of my wreck and I left that day from hospital with glass inmyskin
A: I don't think your case sounds very promissing. I would suggest that you contact local counsel and explain your issues to him/her.
