h told me he wasn't sure if his vehicle would pass inspection & a friend of his got him the new car sticker & if it didn't pass he was at the time making $11/hr wasn't sure if he had the $$ to pay for it. he didn't think it was that big of a deal, the cop didn't arrest him or impound the car.
A: Your son got very lucky they did not impound the car. Yes I suggest he hires a lawyer or at least talks to one as he is looking at a $500.00 fine and what you describe could have additional criminal charges if not handled correctly.
