Q: Insurance suspended license
I got pulled over in September of 2017 received a citation for no insurance I missed court date in November but I called the courthouse and told them I would pay my citation at the end of February or the beginning of March I paid the ticket of $239 here it is July 2018 and they suspended my license I'm so confused how can they do that when I paid my ticket
A: Paying the Citation (ticket) was an admission of guilt. You should have hired a competent attorney. Now you need another attorney to attempt to get the Department of Safety to allow you to drive in Tennessee.
