Santa Ana, CA asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Arizona

Q: Can someone file for temporary kinship in nm if mother has existing power of attorney for temp.guardian filed in az?

I voluntarily placed my daughter in my family's care due to no adequate child care. A family emergency forced us to move and while they were to just watch her while I packed. now I am being kept from her. They ignore my calls. And throw my mail I send to her. They've made her believe I abandoned her. NOT SO!I have never received any judgements OR DOCUMENT OF ANY KIND, except the temporary kinship that was to last 180 days. When that came and went, I've yet to even be allowed to speak with my child. They are alienating us from one another. I want her back. I had a lot of pressure and unclear reasoning and reluctantly accepted the temporary order under impression id have her back by December 2017 here it is one year ND one month. I need her! Please help!
