Q: I want to file for an uncontested divorce from my husband because he's is addicted to drugs. What do I need to do?
We have been married since March 25, 2017 and we do not have any property together. He drives a car that is in my name. When we got married he moved into the apartment that I was living in with my daughters. The only property he has are his clothing and a motorcycle.
