Zanesville, OH asked in Child Custody and Child Support for Ohio

Q: how likely is it for a father to take full custody away from a mother and have her pay him child support?

My sons father and I have a mediation order set for visitation and for child support and expenses. I am the residential parent but we have shared parenting. I set the child support at $0 and after reconsidering I filed a motion to have the child support increased. He was served and 4 days later he filed a motion to discontinue the shared parenting and filed for full custody and requested that I pay child support. How likely is this to be turned in his favor? He has a very bad work history, history of drug use, and a bad credit history (repossession, evictions, collections). He does always show up for his visitation times however does not ask about him when he is with me or ask for extra time with him. I have proof of all this through text.
