Good evening. I am a sixteen-year-old who lives in Alabama with his mother, but desires to live in Texas with his father. I’ve lived with my mom my entire life, when my parents separated when I was about four. I have been deprived of my Texas family my entire life and I just don’t think it’s fair. I have serious health issues and I don’t want to have lived a, short, life where I very rarely saw them. Please help me, and thank you.
A: I assume this is an Alabama question. One or both of your parents would have to go to Court to attempt to modify custody. You don't get to decide.
