Q: I was recently written a ticket. The officer put the wrong model of car down. Is this enough to get it thrown out?
I was written a ticket for not stopping completely at a 4 way stop. The car in front of me went and I pulled forward. There was a car to my right that wen thru, then it was my turn again. I was stopped for 3-5 seconds.
You would need to be able to show that you don't own a car of that model.
It depends on the judge, but it could be enough based on incorrect information on the "affidavit" ticket.
