A: If by PO charges you mean he is on probation and there is a probation warrant for his arrest you will need to hire and attorney and file a motion for a probation bond. He can have hearing to address the alleged probation violation or receive a bond to come back to court once the new charge is resolved. I would recommend hiring a lawyer in the jurisdiction where his charges are pending.
