Q: asking for my boyfriend. want to have my brother charged for using my name to get out of tickets. . where do I start ?

I I got pulled over today for a cracked windshield and I found out that my license were suspended for a failure to appear on a ticket for not having registration, insurance ect from my brother using name while driving his vechile.both of my cars are up to date on registration and insurance. .this is 2 times he has been pulled over and used my name. The chp just goes by who he says he is and I get the ticket.. Now my license are suspended and I have a fta. I want it stopped and him prosecuted. There has to be something I can do. Also we look nothing alike and I wrote a letter before to chp for the first ticket explaining it wasn't me. I thought it was dropped after I went to court. Then the same thing repeated. Help please.

A: if you can, you should retain a lawyer in your area.

you can contact CHP and explain the problem to them but i suspect your bro would be arrested at some point.

A: This is totally illegal. You need to take care of outstanding ticket. You should also report brother to police.
