Q: got a ticket for speeding, no drivers license, expired 30 day tag and failure to main financial responsibility
i'll be leaving the country because I'm an F-1 student and my visa has expired. my main question is I will not be able to make the court date. what do i do?
A: You can try going to the court early to resolve the tickets or hiring an attorney to resolve them fo you. If you hire an attorney make sure you stay in communication with them so that you can resolve the tickets and don't let them turn into warrants.
A: Call an attorney in the area where you received the citations, who can make the court appearance on your behalf.
