I was sited with Ga code 40-6-44 which involved an accident due to the car I was passing stopped dead to make a left turn Without using her turn signal. I did everything right as far as I’m concerned. I used my left turn signal to indicate a lane change, I had plenty of visibility ahead, not a car in sight, I was traveling less the posted speed limit, the road conditions were dry. I was able to avoid a serious wreck do to doing everything right above
