Q: Can my ex-wife of 4 yrs who lives in AL, file theft charges on me for guns I acquired during our marriage? I live in TX.

I bought 1 & she gave me 1 for a birthday present, which I gave her the money to buy because she never had a job. I'v had them with me in TX since the divorce. She threatening on the phone non stop.
