Q: Husband filed for divorce, transition classes done. He won’t schedule a hearing to finalize. What can I do ?
Left him in May 16. He filed for divorce oct 16. We both complete families in transition. But now he won’t schedule a hearing or get the final decree. He doesn’t want the divorce so he avoids is being finalized. It’s been almost 2 years since the petition was filed. What can I do
A: Make your own motion for a final hearing and decree. You don’t need him to do it. You are a party too.
