Q: Can you elaborate on counter claim We've filed motions ie discovery after we couldn't reach agreement does it affect it
We had a brief hearing after she tried to leave the state w/kids, and I filed a motion so the judge suspended the divorce and gave us time to reach an agreement, she has a lawyer now and filed for discovery and other motions, do I need her permission to dismiss if I want to save the marriage? Thanks
